Founded in 1917 in Terute, Fukui City, as a penny candy store specializing in selling the local confectionery "kenkera" by weight. In 1983, we began manufacturing and selling "hafukimochi," and our current fourth-generation has developed popular products such as "hafukimochi toast," which is hafukimochi placed on bread and baked. Our commitment lies in making our products with as few additives as possible.
In 2018, we succeeded the business of a local confectionery factory with a 102-year history. Infusing new ideas into traditional local sweets, we are developing delicious and innovative products.
